How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and scheduling.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For oversized items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient drop-off time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accents and textiles are covered for 90 days.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
